Supplement case for IES359. Ignacio Aizp n and his team devised a solution that made Atam more viable. The main idea was to join economic activities and create for-profit spin-offs. In line with the tradition of innovation in all of its management aspects, the association launched for-profit companies that derived from the social sector. From that point onward, Atam created three trading companies to which it transferred its business activities: Servitelco, Laveco and Mondeco.
