State Civil Supplies: Value People, Value Their Money
In November 2014, a senior administrative service officer at Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited was faced with the problem of determining how to best allocate food grain according to location demands. She needed to choose the best delivery routes and provide a cost-effective means of meeting demands for food grain from "fair-price shops." How should she approach this problem?
